i heart 'of the young and restless'

this fabric is AMAZING! it's so unique and i LOVE it!

this textile company (aka Y&R) is out to bring us daring and vibrant patterns and prints. their oversized prints and dashing colors can put the WOW in any space. well, they're doing a mighty fine job.

how amazing would some of those roses be as drapes in a little gal's room?

now if only i can get my hands on these to bring my home some holiday cheer...
(my favorite print in my favorite color. consider it fate!!!!!)

purchase these from plum cushion.

dear santa,
aren't these stylin?

rock that riad

while working on a project recently, kravet riad keeps coming to my mind. i have wanted to use ever since the brainstorming process has begun! now that things are moving along, i narrowed it down to my riad baby once again.

i always get the butterflies once projects start narrowing down to the final decisions... nervous? excited? DEFINITELY EXITEMENT! then i saw these pictures of one of caitlin wilson's virtual projects and i grew even more giddy for what's to come!

so, thank you, caitlin! beautiful job well done! this space is a gem!

{go check out caitlin's style files for more inspirational images. she's one talented chica!}

my riad project?
coming soon...

research. done.
well, not quite. i tried to find all the items. that blue/white chevron urn is a good little hider. i can't find it anywhere. i will admit i didn't put much effort into finding that white frame. besides those two items, here are the rest.

rubie green zigzag pattern bedding

dunnes home collection zig zag tray

actually paint.
farrow & ball
london clay 244 and shaded white 201

can you believe that wall is painted? i thought it HAD to have been wallpapered. the little lady at apartment therapy really blew me away with her amazing paint job. if only i had the guts to try something like that...

here is another DIY chevron stripes on your wall.
caitlin wilson from style files painted her own chevron wall in her home in dubai.
here is a little link to the how to.

i just can't stop here. this is too much fun!

i am itching to share other chevron finds i came across.
